AussieMac Wholesale, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AssetBacked Finance, provides direct access to wholesale home loan funding for loan brokers, financial advisers and other loan referral sources .  Funding is provided through the AussieMac Conduit.

Unlike many banks and larger funders, AssetBacked Finance does not require brokers to originate a minimum amount each month. This eliminates the need for smaller loan brokers to work through bigger loan aggregators.  If larger volumes are achieved, however, more favourable delivery rates are available.

AussieMac Wholesale has broker agreements with a number of loan brokers - both large and small - and is always looking to establish relationships with new loan originators.
