AussieMac’s Mortgage Originator program is designed for those loan originators who wish to focus their business on marketing and selling AussieMac Wholesale’s range of well priced, flexible home loan products, and leave the ongoing servicing of the client to AussieMac Wholesale.  After settlement, AussieMac Wholesale can still operate to ensure that the Mortgage Originator remains the first point of contact for the borrower.

• To market and sell fully featured, competitively priced AussieMac home loan products through your distribution network;
• To remain the first point of contact with the borrower throughout the  life of the loan, ensuring that the borrower remains your client;
• Online access and delivery for your borrowers to their loan information  through AussieMac’s loan servicing platform; and
• No clawbacks on loans funded through AussieMac and competitive  commission structures based on the amount of work you wish to perform  as part of the loan approval process.

AussieMac Branded Products –

All AussieMac products have:

• No ongoing fees and charges;
• Free redraws;
• Free loan splitting to a maximum of four accounts;
• No cost to switch from variable to fixed;
• Fixed and capped rate options; and
• Fund available for personal, investment or business use.

How Do I Get Accredited?

If you can provide:

• evidence of professional and fidelity for at least $2 million, 
• evidence attesting to the qualifications and experience of your business,  and
• evidence of approved lender status from other lenders and all approved  lender’s mortgage insurers,
